B2B Troubleshooting Specialist with German

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical guidance and support to corporate clients via non-voice communication channels;
  • Deliver Level 1 technical assistance for a variety of hardware and software issues related to laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, routers, Microsoft Office, VPN, Outlook, and more;
  • Perform basic troubleshooting steps, such as uninstalling/reinstalling software and resolving login issues;
  • Help clients navigate application menus and resolve system errors efficiently.

You’re a great fit if you:
  • Speak and write German fluently (C1 level);
  • Have a good command of English (B1/B2);
  • Possess solid technical understanding or a strong interest in IT;
