Your Profile:
- Near-native proficiency in Serbian and strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage
- Confident using MS Office and familiar with CRM systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and a passion for helping people
