Customer Service Representative with Serbian

Your Profile:

  • Near-native proficiency in Serbian and strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage
  • Confident using MS Office and familiar with CRM systems
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and a passion for helping people
